About Me
Hi! My name is Daniel Wu, and I am currently a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Advertising and Public Relations in the Hussman School of Journalism and Media. With my major, I am particularly interested in digital marketing and marketing strategy, where I can combine creativity with strategic thinking. This field allows me to pursue my passion while continuously developing new ideas in an ever-evolving industry.
Beyond the classroom, I use social media (Tiktok and Instagram) both as a creative outlet and a personal journal. Along with social media, I have a strong interest in photography and content creation, particularly in capturing everyday moments, editing images through color grading, keeping up with trends, and making relatable content (semi-viral Tiktok account).
Through photography and content creation, I strive to add meaning, connection, and creativity to everyday experiences while also further developing my social media skills.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active and building meaningful connections. I regularly play basketball, soccer, and frisbee, and I also prioritize fitness through weight training and running. Outside of athletics, I enjoy spending time with friends, shopping, and exploring new places to eat.
